A game changer is someone who goes on the football pitch and changes the result of the entire game: he/she is someone who walks into the room and is able to change the mentality of the people there.

Being a game changer is about doing what other people won’t do, are scared to do or haven’t even thought of doing

If you’re going to raise the bar – you’ll do what no one else has done before.

Being a game changer means stepping out from the crowd, stepping away from the group.

You’ll see things the way you want to see them – ensure you set high standards, being profitable, be happy and excited.

You can’t control people, you can’t make people do things they don’t want to do, they will follow you if you make direct sales look good, so you have to build yourself first; take yourself to the highest possible standards.

This is not a ‘tell’ people business; it’s a ‘show’ people business

Focus on yourself first – Lead, Grow

You need to be humble whilst you are trying to do this – you need to use everyone and the network around you to help you progress.

Take what you have and make it work – don’t make excuses
